Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@keysnova.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.

No Digital Delivery

Please note: Unlike digital goods, KeysNova exclusively sells physical keychains. Products are shipped to your provided shipping address; no digital items are sent by email.
