Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible to request a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Digital Products: The license key has not been used or activated, OR you received a non-working/invalid key.


Exchanges

We replace defective or invalid license keys at no cost. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
